Melksham Homecare is a domiciliary care service provided by P&T Medical Ltd, a locally founded healthcare company created to deliver high-quality, compassionate services rooted in strong clinical values and community understanding.

P&T Medical Ltd was established by Paul, a local paramedic, with the vision of creating a healthcare company shaped by real-life experience, professional knowledge, and a genuine understanding of the needs of local people. The company is now co-led by Natasha, Registered Manager, whose clinical leadership and commitment to person-centred care guide everything we do.

A Local Team With Deep Roots in Melksham

Melksham Homecare is the first branch of P&T Medical Ltd and has been created by six individuals who all live in Melksham and have spent most, if not all, of their lives in the local area. We are not an external provider — we are part of the community we serve.
