Natasha
Registered Manager
Natasha is the Registered Manager for Melksham Homecare and provides clinical leadership across the service. She is a specialist nurse at the Great Western Hospital and brings extensive nursing experience to ensure care is safe, well-led, and person-centred.
Natasha is passionate about delivering care that protects dignity, promotes independence, and supports people to remain at home with confidence.
Paul
CEO of P&T Medical Ltd
Paul is the founder and CEO of P&T Medical Ltd, the provider of Melksham Homecare. He is a paramedic working within GP surgeries in Melksham and is nearing completion of his Advanced Clinical Practitioner training.
Paul’s vision for P&T Medical Ltd is to build community-focused healthcare services shaped by real clinical experience and strong local values.
Kelly
Deputy Manager
Kelly supports the day-to-day running of the service and works closely with carers and families to ensure care is delivered to a high standard. She has a strong background in care and most recently worked as a Senior Carer within a care home setting.
Kelly brings a hands-on, compassionate approach and understands the importance of consistency and communication in care.
Vicky
Head of Recruitment
Vicky is a registered nurse with extensive experience in both hospital and community settings. She previously worked at Melksham Community Hospital and later progressed to a Clinical Lead role within the community team. She has recently completed her Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification.
As Head of Recruitment, Vicky ensures carers are carefully selected, supported, and trained to deliver care with confidence and compassion.
Jacob
Head of Marketing & Advertising
Jacob leads on advertising and marketing for Melksham Homecare, helping local families understand the support available and how to access it.
His work ensures the service remains visible, accessible, and connected to the community it serves.
Andy
Head of Policies & Procedures
Andy is responsible for developing and maintaining robust policies and procedures to ensure Melksham Homecare operates safely, compliantly, and in line with best practice.
His role supports strong governance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement across the service.
